I am a huge fan of Dansko clogs, and these Frye boots are just as comfortable and sturdy! They run a bit on the large side, about a half size difference. You will love them!!!!!
- Bought these in my regular size, which gives a "roomy" fit. Considered getting a size smaller, but felt it would be too tight on my bunions, and also felt I wouldn't be able to wear a decent-weight sock. They are breaking in beautifully. My husband (who knows about stuff like this) explained to me that the sliding in the heel was the proper fit and would stop as the boots were broken in (he was right!). He also said that if the boot is snug in the heel when you try it on, it is not a proper fit. Also, the tan color is a beautiful distressed leather.
- Love the boots. Made very well. I wear 6 1/2-7, and ended up getting 7. Easier to get foot in/out. I have black, tan and now gray. For me, I love the boot b/c it's got a little detail, so it's not plain, but nothing major/out of the box, which allows you to wear them with almost everything. The moment you see them you know they're made well.
- I've had these boots in tan for a couple of months now and I really like them. I'm 5'10'' and skinny, so I have narrow feet and calves. These boots are fitted enough that I can wear them with skirts and it doesn't look awkward, but they are a little wide (noticeably) in the foot and the ankle. Definitely weather-proof them, because the leather stains easily.

- I have collected quite a few colors/forms of the frye harness boot and was thrilled to find it in this color. A great purple, not too loud but definitely purple. Oddly, it goes very well with more colors than you would think.The fit is more "feminine" than some of my other frye harness boots. The heel fits better and it feels overall more "fitted" and less clunky. The 7.5 perfectly fits my average size 8 foot. I tend to prefer these boots with a very thin sock, even a hosiery type sock. I don't think buying a larger size and wearing a thicker sock gives as good a fit. The only downside--the leather doesn't have that thick, waxy, "lux" feel that some of the older…

- I have been in love with this boot for years. Have logged in many hours trying to find one similar to the veronica slouch, however, frye is a bit out of my price range. Came across this STEAL and could'nt pass it up. I have never been more pleased w/ any purchase, let alone an online one. Amazon is my new best friend. Customer service is stellar, and my boots arrived the next day. I havent taken them off since I opened the box. I did a quick walk through my house and I felt like my feet had luggage!I'd probably appreciate the boots more in the winter.I ordered the color Dark Brown and the boots arrived looking nothing like the picture.The boots in the picture are like a beautiful rich dark soild color brown.The pair I recieved had different colors of brown on the top.Anyway beware if your looking at the going DARK BROWN, hopefully you'll get the one pictured.

- I purchased my first FitFlop because I needed a comfortable sandal, then discovered it cured extreme foot pain, which would be so bad sometimes that I couldn't put any pressure on my right foot.I've since purchased 7 different FitFlop styles and could barely wait until this new style became available in the US. Last winter I managed to get a pair of the Mukluk boots (great!) and this past summer a pair of the Pietra sandals (very cute!) - I have a pair of fitflop sandals and loved them - and ordered the sneakers for winter -they are nice -- but for some reason the decorative crease in the inside towards the ball of the foot - hurts when I walk. Sadly, and with great disappointment, I will need to return them. My suggestion to fitflop is not to use a design on the inside sole - - especially when no one can see the sculpted design.

- I'm just rounding out two weeks with these Fitflop sneakers and am greatly pleased with them. It takes a couple of miles of walking to get used to the active insoles, but you soon feel the improvement in stride dynamics that the insole design facilitates. I have mild positional vertigo and find that the insole distributes my weight uniformly and helps my sense of balance noticeably. I agree that they're a little pricey, but if they save me from one fall, they're worth every penny.
- I wish these fit my feet correctly because I like everything about them except for them making the back of my heels raw and bloody. The only way I can wear them is in combination with Band-Aid Advanced Healing Blister Bandages. The cost of the shoes and the cost of the badages makes this a purchase I wish I had not made.
