  • these insoles are a great buy. They aren't totally uncomfortable like you would expect from jamming an extra 2 inches into your shoe. I have a size 13 foot and can't wear the extra 1/2 inch in my workboots. Feels like high heels but just using the 1 and 1/2 part is totally bearable
  • I have been using this product for close to 2 weeks now. It fits in quite nicely in the boots I am using and gives the intended 1.5 to 2 inch height increase. Did not fit my new balance sneakers inspite of taking out the original insole. These insoles are ideally meant for shoes that have a little more depth that usual ( boots or a shoe size bigger than what you usually wear). While walking, the top of the insole does have quite a bit of friction on the balls and toes of the feet.I put in a soft cushioning insole ($5.00 price) on top which eliminated the fricton problem.
