- My 12 year old daughter saved all her Christmas money for these. She loved them and they are adorable but the quality is seriously lacking. After LESS THAN 2 MONTHS the front part of the toe is separating from the sole. She only wore these to school, never in the snow or when it was wet. Uggs said we can "You can send them to our warehouse for a warranty evaluation and possible replacement. You can access our return instructions and online return form at this link: [...]". This takes 3 weeks and we have to pay shipping. I was also informed that they are out of stock, which means she cannot even get replacements, she would just get a site credit. This is absolutely ridiculous for boots…
